The Computer Technical Support team is comprised of nine computer technicians that are based out of Administration Building No.2.
The division is currently utilizing a ticketing system entitled OS Ticket to manage all requests from staff utilizing a device (desktop, laptop, and tablet) to connect to the wired and wireless networks in the division.
All requests for technical support are entered into the OS Ticket System and are dealt with in a timely manner.
