ELECTRONICS 20G | ELER2G – 1 CREDIT

This course will provide students with knowledge of basic electronics needed in our technological society. Practical application of the course will consist of a number of projects. There will also be some exposure to EKI experimentation and basic residential wiring.

ELECTRONICS 30G | ELER3G – 1 CREDIT

The Electronics 30G course will continue to help students develop an understanding of electronics in our society today. The course will explore the area of AC theory as associated with communication devices and amplification through the use of EKI theory and experiments. Practical aspects of the course will be to construct simple amplifiers and progress to more complicated projects. To enhance the practical application of the program, there will be a section based on residential wiring. If time permits, students will be allowed to choose projects based on their ability and cost. Prerequisite: Electronics 20G

ELECTRONICS 40G | ELER4G – 1 CREDIT

In this course, students will complete a contract and work independently. The course of study will include: amplifiers, oscillators, radios, solid state, digital and state of the art electronics. There will be extensive work on Digital experimental systems and some robotics related to topics. There will be work on experimental projects. Projects will be assigned according to ability. Prerequisite: Electronics 30G
