All students are welcome to meet with us
every Monday during Period 4 in Rm. 49.
Mindfulness helps us to:
- increase focus, attention, self-control, classroom participation, compassion;
- improve academic performance, ability to resolve conflict, overall well-being;
- decrease levels of stress, depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviour.
