Mindful Mondays

All students are welcome to meet with us

every Monday during Period 4 in Rm. 49.

Mindfulness helps us to:

  • increase focus, attention, self-control, classroom participation, compassion;
  • improve academic performance, ability to resolve conflict, overall well-being;
  • decrease levels of stress, depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviour.
