INTERVIEW

The next step in the hiring process is the interview. WSD conducts interviews by an interview team, which can include a Principal and/or a Vice-Principal. This is your opportunity to share your enthusiasm and interest in working for the best school division in Manitoba. If you have a portfolio, please bring it with you to the interview.

The general interview is our chance to find out more about you beyond your resume and application form. Come prepared with examples of your student teaching and previous work experiences.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE INTERVIEW

Individuals who have interviewed with us at the New Grad Recruitment event will be notified of their results.

If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact our Human Resource Services at hrstaffing@wsd1.org.
