Child Custody

In most cases, when parents are divorced or separated, both parents continue to have equal access to their children. If a parent has a court order that limits the access of one parents in matters such as custody and/or visitation rights, the school needs to have a copy in the office. Unless the school has a court order on file in its main office, the school personnel must provide equal access to both parents.
