Welcome Track & Field Athletes! This is the “go-to” place for your T&F information needs. Contact information for Coach “E” is firstname.lastname@example.org
Contact Ms.E to get on the team’s contact list and get all pertinent Athletics related information. Communication is important so that you do not lose out on any opportunities/events/clinics. Ms.E needs your email address to send team emails.
Practices are as follows:
Monday & Wednesday are event specific practices (sprints/jumps/throws)
Tuesday & Thursday are fitness/conditioning practices
Practices start at 7:30am, please be there on time!
Fitness is a major component of success in Athletics.
CRUCIAL INFORMATION FOR TEAM MEMBERS:
Permission Slips & Medical History forms need to be handed in right away!
Athletic fee must be paid before the 1st T&F Meet ($18)
(cheques payable to Daniel MacIntyre Collegiate Institute)
HIGH SCHOOL SERIES TRACK & FIELD MEETS (1PM – 5PM)
The downloadable copy of the information package pertains to all Athletics events and times.
Meet #1 JAN TH Events: 60m, 400m, 1500m, Triple & Long Jumps, Shot Put, High Jump and the 4x200m relay.
Meet #2 FEBRUARY Events for this meet are; 60m hurdles, 800m, 200m, medley relays (800,200,200,400), shot (all), Triple jump (juniors only), Long jump (seniors only)
