YOGA

To promote physical activity and mental wellness we are  adding a Yoga program for students in grades N-6 beginning in January and running until March break. Yoga has many benefits. It can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In addition, many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better. Thank you to Harrow
parent ,Jodi Pratt ,who will be instructing our yoga classes once per week for ten weeks.
