Lord Selkirk Library
The Lord Selkirk Elementary School Library supports staff and students in meeting learning outcomes. As a hub for student learning, the school library plays a key role in student success. Our library has over 3000 items including picture books, chapter books, reference materials and videos.
Students visit once a cycle with their classes to exchange books. Books can be renewed unless they have been reserved for another person. Lost or damaged books are the responsibility of the borrower.
Mr. Windjack (or Mr. Gil as the students call him), our Library Support Specialist is here at Lord Selkirk every other day. If you would like to help out, or if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please contact us in the office. We always appreciate volunteers. Please let us know if you are interested in supporting the Library.
Winnipeg School Division offers a Digital Library
