Communication between home and school is a top priority for us. Montrose will continue to email a monthly newsletter and post to our Twitter account
Classroom teachers will use Seesaw or an Edublog for regular communication between classrooms and homes. The Seesaw app allows teachers and students to post information and pictures that are secure and unique to each student. "Public Service Announcements" and teachers' messages of a more general nature are broadcast to the entire classroom. To request your secure family link please contact the teacher in-person, email the school at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the school at 204 488 8112. Note: Seesaw is available in a variety of languages. Please choose the Seesaw Family App as your download option.
Instagram is also being used to celebrate learning moments in some classrooms. Your child's classroom teacher will provide you with the Instagram address should that be the case.
