The Passages Program will provide a low enrolment, adapted environment for students diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). The program will include integration into other academic and vocational programs, and a cooperative team environment in which staff is non-judgmental, calm, and consistent.
The teacher will be flexible and creative and will be a strong advocate for students with FASD. Transition from a low enrolment classroom to full
integration occurs on an individualized basis. Admission to this program is determined by the Special Education Department.
