Student 2017-18 Handbook
Please also fill out our Student Registration Document Package (all applications require this form to be completed at time of registration):
If you are a new applicant to our division please provide the following when registering your child:
- Proof of residency – Utility Bill, Rental Agreement or Property Tax Statement.
- Valid medical card
- Birth certificate
- Transcript of marks (if the last school attended was not a WSD school)
- Custodial papers, if applicable.
- Immigration documents, if applicable.

If you are a non-resident please fill out the this fillable form, print and hand them in with your application.
Drop off applications in the Guidance office with this documentation.
