Children Are People Too is a year round child care program operating out of Grosvenor School. CAPT is a non-profit subsidized child care center. Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding all statutory holidays. The center offers Preschool (ages 2 to 5). We offer many programs and activities including field trips, a music program for preschool children, theme activities and a trained and consistent staff.
