Guest Limit and Parking
We want to remind everyone that as per the letter we sent out at the end of May, while we had initially planned around an estimate of 5 guests per Graduate (and many of you kindly adhered to that), we have had to implement a hard limit of 8 guests per graduate at the Ceremony. It is important to us that all Graduates have their closest family there to celebrate with them. See the letter below for more details.
Parking at the Ceremony will be free. Please see the map below for more details. We recommend planning to arrive for 845 as there is significant roadwork happening on University Crescent and Dysart Road. Kelvin staff will be stationed to direct you if needed.
Gown Pickup
Gown pickup will start at 10 AM on Friday June 20th at Kelvin. You will not be able to pick up your gown earlier as the grad team will be running the rehearsal assembly (and you need to attend the rehearsal assembly anyways!). If you cannot pick up your gown on the 20th you will need to arrange for somebody else to do so for you (family member or friend).

Important!
The Grad Rehearsal Assembly has been moved to 9:00 AM on June 20th in the Kelvin Gym.
Grad Assembly
There is a mandatory assembly for all Grade 12s on Thursday April 24th in the gym during C Slot. If you have a spare during that slot please make sure you attend the assembly. We will be discussing both the ceremony and the dinner/dance.
Cap and Gown
Students MUST wear a cap and gown to participate in the graduation ceremony.
