Respect Family Group Activity

For Family Groups on December 22nd, students learned about the Virtue of Respect and the 7 Teaching of Respect.  Students met in their Family Groups in the gym and heard the story, “I Show Respect …,” about different ways you can show respect. We also watched a movie created by Room 14 all about Respect with a focus on respect for our environment and the work our “Green Team” is doing to help recycle in the school.

Then in their groups, students drew and wrote about different ways that they show respect which included respect for the environment, yourself and others.  Afterwards, all the student work will be bound together and each family group will have created a book on Respect .
