Inclusion Resource Support

My name is Ms. Marnie and I am the IERT (Inclusive Education Resource Teacher) at Robertson School. I have been at Robertson School since 2005, having taught Grade 5, Nursery, Grades 1/2 and Life Skills.  This is my second year in this new role. I received my Special Education degree back in 2011.

As the school IERT, my goal is to support staff, students and families to feel safe and cared about in an inclusive environment. I plan to help create and implement programming for students.  I will be working collaboratively with school clinicians, Physio and Occupational therapists as well as Inclusion Support Services within the division in planning for student success.  I am available to support families and students to access resources and to assist in developing a sense of belonging & social-emotional needs.
