What We Do:
The Learning Support Teachers (LSTs) at Robertson School are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, caring environment for all students. We collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and specialists—including clinicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and Student Support Services—to design and implement individualized programming that supports student success.
Our Focus Includes:
  • Supporting social-emotional development and a sense of belonging
  • Assisting families in accessing resources
  • Co-teaching and collaborative planning
  • Developing and reviewing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
IEP Process:
We will meet with families in October to review and further develop each student’s IEP. These plans will be reported on three times per year, aligned with the Provincial Report Card schedule. Family involvement is a key part of this process.
We look forward to a successful year working together with students and their families!
