Alecksa Rodil was awarded three distinctions for her project "The Effect of Oxygen in Decomposition of Food Waste".

A huge congratulations goes out to Alecksa Rodil for her outstanding accomplishments at this year's Winnipeg Schools Science Fair. 

Her project, The Effect of Oxygen in Decomposition of Food Waste, was awarded three distinctions:

1. A gold medal

2. The best in category for grades 9 and 10 environmental and climate change

3. The Winnipeg School Division Award of Excellence in STEM for grades 9 and 10.
