Graduation Ceremony

Wednesday, June 24th at 10:00 a.m. University of Winnipeg - Duckworth Centre


One hour parking restrictions have been lifted on the following streets between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. 

  • Spence Street. between Sargent Avenue and Ellice Avenue

  • Young Street between Sargent Avenue and Ellice Avenue

  • Langside Street between Sargent Ave and Portage Avenue

  • Furby Place between Sargent Ave and Portage Avenue


Please be advised that this lifting of restrictions does NOT allow for any vehicles to be parked in a Loading, No Parking, No Stopping (including rush hour), or too close to a fire hydrant, stop sign or sidewalk. Parking will not be allowed if the city is doing street cleaning.
