Culinary Arts Canapes

Last month the Grade 11 Culinary Arts students completed their Canape practical. They were asked to create four different canapes - each using a different base, spread and garnish. Three were savory and one was sweet. They had four hours to complete the tasks. The canapes had to be arranged as a platter.
