Tec-Voc Culinary Hosts Canadian Chef Federation

Tec-Voc High School Culinary Arts department recently hosted the Canadian Chef Federation’s Winnipeg Branch General Meeting.  The theme was sustainability in food services.  The dinner featured cream of potato leek & hearty chicken noodle soup, fair-trade chocolate & espresso BBQ beef sandwich with crispy potato wedges and chipotle mayo, fair trade coffee, and chocolate martini mocktails.
