ID Clinic - Wednesday, April 24, 2024

Tec-Voc High School will host an ID Clinic for its students on Wednesday, April 24, from 2:30 to 5:00 PM in room 313. Students will have the opportunity to apply for their Status Card and SIN Cards.

For the Status Card, students aged 16 and above must present valid government-issued photo ID to apply for their Secure Certificate of Indian Status Cards (SCIS). If they lack valid government-issued photo ID, they can alternatively use their MB health card along with a valid guarantor. Additionally, students will need to know their 10-digit status number. Students aged 15 and under will require a parent/guardian to complete the application, along with valid government-issued photo ID.

Regarding SIN Cards, attendees should bring two forms of identification, such as their birth certificate and MB health card.
