Tec-Voc June 2024 Exam Schedule

Tec-Voc Student Exam Regulations and Responsibilities:

•  It is the student responsibility to know the date, time and location of their exams
•  Students should arrive 10 minutes before the exam is scheduled to start
•  Students should have only the required supplies – pens, pencils, eraser, ruler, calculator (if required), etc.
•  Cell phones cannot be used during exams and cannot be used as calculators
•  All cell phones must be turned off before exams begin
•  Do not bring music or gaming devices to the exam. Headphones are not allowed during exams.
•  All jackets, bags, non-essential items must be placed at the front of the exam room
•  Students must wait for all instructions before beginning the exam
•  Students must speak to teachers as soon as possible to resolve any exam schedule conflicts 
• Students that are not scheduled for an exam or in scheduled assessment must not be loitering in the hallways.  Students may choose to study in the library, cafeteria, or at home
•  All students must remain in the exam room for minimum 1 hour
