Family Resource Centre

The Family Resource Centre is located downstairs in room 6. Our Centre has a sofa, a play area for children, a telephone, a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave generous table space, and a craft area. There are many resources available to our families such as parenting information, housing/rental information, information for families new to our school, and a lending library. Throughout the school year the Family Resource Centre provides different workshops in the areas of parenting, health, employment, financial management, and much more.
There are also many programs provided in the Family Resource Centre. All programs are free of charge and a snack is provided. Some of the programs include:
- Nutrition Bingo
- Special Guest Speakers
- Soup & Bannock Lunches
- Wiggle, Giggle & Munch
- Literacy Make & Take
- Traditional Parenting
