Dear Families,
To assist guests attending Convocation at the University of Winnipeg, we requested additional parking accommodations from the City of Winnipeg. The City has provided the following information:
Your request for a Lifting of Restrictions has been granted for Spence St and Young St between Sargent Ave and Ellice Ave, Langside St and Furby St between Sargent Ave and Portage Ave from June 26, 2026 0800 AM to June 26, 1400 PM for vehicle various plates.
Please be advised that this LOR does not allow for any vehicles to be parked in a No Parking, No Stopping (including rush hour), or too close to a fire hydrant, stop sign or sidewalk.
Please note that as the seasons are changing, we are unable to know if this LOR will conflict with any parking bans that may be in effect at the time of the requested LOR. Winter parking bans and Street Cleaning will override any LOR’s.
We hope this additional parking availability helps make your arrival at Convocation easier. We look forward to celebrating with our graduates and their families.

- March 1 – Direct Entry application deadline and General Entrance Scholarship application deadline
- March/April – Scholarship/Grad Meeting
- June 22 – Safe Grad Dinner/Dance (subject to change)
- June 26 – Grad Convocation (subject to change)
Google Classroom
All Grade 12 students must join this Google Classroom. It will be the main communication hub for grad announcements, forms, and important updates. Please see Mr. Andruchuk for the Google Classroom Code.

If the contact information you or your parent/guardians has changed (email, phone number, or address), please inform me as soon as possible so we can keep your records up-to-date.
