Support Staff is available to help teachers modify and plan programs for students who are academically, physically or behaviourally challenged, including gifted programming, in the regular classroom.
The Resource Teacher works with special education students, their parents, and their teachers and teacher assistants. The Resource Teacher programs for the individual needs of these students and works with them individually and in small groups. The Resource Teacher also consults with Child Guidance and School Therapy Services specialists to plan programming for the students.
The Resource program at Grosvenor School seeks to meet the needs of the Staff and students in whichever way is most beneficial to them.
