Back to School & Timetable Changes 2022-23 (Updated Sep 2)

Welcome Back Information:

Welcome back to Tec-Voc. We are excited to have our students return to school next week! Here is some important information about the start of school:

1. Tuesday, September 6th is Administration Day and there is no school for students
2. Wednesday, September 7th is Orientation Day.  Grade 9 and 10 students will only attend school from 9:00-12:18. Grade 11 and 12 students, as well as post high students will only attend school from 1:18-3:30. Students will report to their homeroom advisors. Full day classes will start on Thursday, September 8th.
3. Picture day is Tuesday, September 13th. Pictures are required for student identification cards.
4. Cafeteria food service will start on September 12th

Timetable Changes:

Students who want to make changes to their timetable need to make an appointment using our online booking system.  

Currently, the system has been closed as we prepare new appointments for the first week of classes.  The system will reopen for students to book an appointment starting Wednesday, September 7th, 2022. Go to https://www.schoolinterviews.ca/code/pe6jg and schedule either an in-person appointment or a phone appointment. If you choose an in-person appointment, please make sure you arrive at least five minutes early. You do not have to book an appointment with your assigned counsellor, sign up with either Mr. Au, Ms. Falkenberg, Ms. Potter, or Ms. Martin.
