Historical Thinking Symposium 2026

The 3rd Annual WSD Historical Thinking Symposium Student Exhibition of Learning took place on April 23, 2026, at the Manitoba Museum’s Alloway Hall. The event brought together 300 students from 14 schools across the Division, representing both English and French programs and ranging from Grades 3 to 11. 

Students demonstrated their growth in historical thinking through thoughtful research and engaging presentations. Families, friends, and community members were welcomed to explore the exhibition, connect with students, and celebrate their learning. Congratulations to all students on their outstanding projects and contributions to this year’s symposium.
