Pre-Art Show

Students are working on their art projects for the art show in June where fellow students, parents and teachers can check out all the hard work they’ve been up to. The three art teachers Mr. Hamlin, Mr. Kun, and Ms. Kirkwood have been making sure all the students are working hard to make the best piece of art they can; they inspire to reach to new mediums, and try things that haven’t been done before. The projects this year are very thoughtful; some look at surprising beauty, birthdays, and quotes from different people. The idea is to make the students think about the “background” of their artwork a little bit more, all while showing us the process along the way.
