Bethel Reading Volunteer Program

Harrow School is pleased to be partnering with residents of Bethel Place in a volunteer reading program. Each week a small group of students in grades 3-6 walk to Bethel to practice their oral reading and comprehension skills with their Bethel Reading Buddy.  It is wonderful to see the friendships and connections that develop between the students and their reading partners. Many of our senior reading volunteers are retired educators who are sharing their knowledge, experience and expertise with our students.  We are grateful for the community connection we have with Bethel and look forward to continuing to grow and learn together!
