The Wave Projects

In Ms. Froese’s grade 9 English class we read a true story called The Wave by Todd Strasser. The novel is about a teacher who conducts a psychological experiment on his students in order to teach them about the Holocaust during World War II. His “great idea” quickly spirals out of control and the Wave students take over the entire school! The projects you see are a reflection of the various plot points of the book as well as the themes of bullying/peer pressure, propaganda/power, and Fascism.
