Music!

May was a busy month for the primary classrooms in the music room as we worked toward our concert "How Doees Your Garden Grow?’.
The students all did a wonderful job of preparing before the concert, sharing their learning, and performing with a sense of pride and excitement that made the dress rehearsal and evening performance an event to remember!
This month students in grade 1 and 2 will be working on songs, games and activities that review the musical skills they have developed throughout the year. Students in grades 3 and 4 will be reviewing with the help of their recorders and students in grade 5 and 6 will continue working on our long term goal by learning Crunchy, crunchy, crunchy on the xylophones and metalophones.
