Norquay School Celebrating Diversity on the DAY OF PINK.
Wednesday, April 8, 2015 was the International Day of Pink. This is a day where we take action to help end bullying and all types of discrimination. Students at Norquay took part in our Day of Pink assembly at 9:30 am on April 8, 2015, where our Leadership students demonstrated ways to be kind to others and to help end discrimination. After the assembly, all students at Norquay created their own pledges to help end bullying and discrimination. The Leadership team was on the “lookout” all day to reward students who were being safe and kind with stickers to display on their official Day of Pink shirts. Congratulations to all students who made pledges and earned stickers for respectful behaviour!
