Tec-Voc’s Student Activity Committee (S.A.C.) is proud to present our Halloween Spirit Week from Tuesday, October 25th to Monday, October 31st. Below is a listing of events for the week.
Every time you participate and scan your student card you are entered to win one of our Spirit Week prizes. The more you participate the higher the chance of winning a prize.
Week-Long Events:
- Pumpkin Carving Contest – Teachers and students need to sign up at www.tecvoc.ca/spiritweek
- Pumpkins will be on display Monday, October 31st. Live voting will determine the winner. Special thanks to Mr. Punton for picking up the pumpkins.
Tuesday, October 25th, 2022
- Daily Theme: Twin Day. Coordinate your dress with your besties and become twins.
- Activity: Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest. Sign up at www.tecvoc.ca/spiritweek.
Wednesday, October 26th, 2022
- Daily Theme: Way Back Day. Dress up like the 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s, etc.
- Activity: Rock Concert in the Theatre
Thursday, October 27th, 2022
- Daily Theme: Tunes Day. Dress up like your favourite band/singer or wear merchandise of your favourite band/singer.
- Activity: Rock Concert in the Theatre.
Friday, October 28th, 2022
- Daily Theme: PJ Day.
- Activity: Zombie (Blindfolded) Scavenger Hunt. Lower Gym. Teams of 2. Find more items than the other teams and move onto the next round. Sign up at www.tecvoc.ca/spiritweek
Monday, October 31st, 2022
- Daily Theme: Halloween Dress Up
- Activity: Costume Contest. Theatre. Live Voting. Sign up at www.tecvoc.ca/spiritweek
- Activity: Pumpkin Carving Contest Voting.
- Photobooth: Outside the Theatre.
- Halloweenie Hotdog Lunch: $5.00 for combo (hotdog, chips, and drink), $3.00 for hotdog, $1.00 for chips, $1.00 for drink.
