Booking Student Parent Teacher Conference

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to book conference slots with their child(ren)'s teachers.

Conferences will take place:

• Thursday, April 9 from 4:30 - 7:00pm
• Friday, April 10 from 9:00am - 12:00pm

Conferences can be scheduled by visiting https://www.schoolinterviews.ca/ and following the instructions sent out via School Messenger.

If you have any problems, or need to connect with your child(ren)'s teacher outside of conference time, please contact the school directly at 204-774-5401.

Please note that the following are example screenshots taken in April of 2022. The current booking page will have current dates and times available at the time you visit it.

1. Open an internet browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Go to this link https://www.schoolinterviews.ca/code/  and enter the event code you were provided with. Please call the main office @ 204.774.5401, or contact your student's teacher if you do not have the code.

3. Enter your detailed information and press GO 

You can book the meetings for more than 1 student

4. Choose the teachers and press GO

You can choose up to 10 teachers

5. Pick and click/tap an available time slot and press GO
   

6. Press FINISHED and an auto-email will be sent to you. If you chose Video-Conference and did not receive the conference after booking, the teacher will send the link to you before the time of your appointment. 
   
7. On the days of Student Parent Teacher Conferences, if you chose In-Person, please report to the Main Office at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
