Conflict Managers

Conflict managers serve an important leadership role in our school. They are positive role models for other students which means:

-they must treat all people with respect 

-they must be able to resolve conflict peacefully with words 

-they must never use physical or verbal violence 

They have many responsibilities and expectations including:

-reporting on time for duty one day per cycle

-make a commitment to staying in the program 

-attend meetings and training sessions when they are called 

-complete class work missed during training and meeting times
