Room 7 – C. Mayuga (Gr. 4/5)

Welcome to Room 7 - Grade 4/5!

My name is Ms. Mayuga, and I am the Grade 4/5 Teacher.

Room 7 is an inclusive grade 4 and 5 learning community where students are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally.  Students have been practicing how to write paragraphs and solve math problems involving fractions and decimals.  They are also in the middle of learning about different Indigenous groups and their beliefs of the land; culminating towards a presentation for our schools' monthly assembly at the end of this month.  

We value kindness, respect, and perseverance, and we work together to create a supportive environment where everyone feels safe and confident to share their ideas.
