Physical Education

The Physical Education program at David Livingstone Community School is based on the Manitoba K-12 Physical Education Curriculum Guide. The Physical Education/Health Curriculum is designed to give today’s students the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to lead physically active and healthy lives. The Physical Education Program focuses on the needs and abilities of the students at their particular stage of development in a well-balanced and varied program.

  • Cooperative Activities/Games
  • Team Sports/Games
  • Rhythmic/Gymnastic Activities


Intramurals 

Grades 1-8 receive intramurals over the lunch hour in a variety of activities/sports

  • Terry Fox Run
  • Winter Carnival
  • Spirit Week
