Chess Club

• Chess Club allows students to learn the game and improve their skills. 
• Students participate in tournaments at various skill levels to win prices.
• Friendly atmosphere and a place to stay warm during the winter months.

• Chess Club is open during lunch hours twice per cycle and is open to all Grade 7 and 8 students. 
  

 

Leadership Group

The Jr. High Leadership group is open to all Grade 7 and 8 students of École Stanley Knowles School.  There are a limited number of members chosen in September who participate in the group for the entire school year.  Students chosen exemplify leadership characteristics, such as good citizenship, energetic and eagerness to work hard, public speaking and participation in group activities.  The Leadership group works hard all year volunteering in a variety of school events, fundraisers, and a host of activities.  Leadership students are considered student ambassadors of École Stanley Knowles School.

Running Club

Running Club meets reguarly to train adn keep in shape.  It's a great way to burn energy and to enjoy the sunshine on a beautiful day.
