School Supplies 2024/25

Keewatin Prairie Families,

We are excited to share that as a support to students and families, the school will be purchasing school supplies for all students this year. Families with students in grades 1-9 are asked to please contribute $40.00 in lieu of purchasing any individual school supplies, and families with children in nursery and kindergarten are asked to please contribute $30.00.

All Students – PLEASE CLEARLY LABEL EACH/ALL INDIVIDUAL ITEMS with your child’s full name.

 1 Large backpack

 1 reusable water bottle 

N/K - Grade 2 

 1 pair of running shoes (to be kept at the school).  Please send velcro shoes if your child is unable to tie their own laces.

 1 change of clothing (underwear, socks, pants, and t-shirt - to be kept at the school).

Grade 3 -6 

 1 pair of running shoes (to be kept at the school).

Grade 7-9

 Gym Wear (t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, deodorant, and shoes stored in a fabric bag).

Supply money will be collected by classroom teachers. Please note that if you have already purchased individual supplies, please let your child’s teacher know and do not worry about contributing towards classroom supplies. Likewise, feel free to contact the school office if you have any questions or concerns.
