Dear Parents/Guardians/Graduating Students: 

The final Grad 2024 fundraiser will take place on Feb. 28th at Boston Pizza Garden City.  This fundraiser will be for the general fund.  Tickets will be on sale at the school over the lunch hour, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, through the month of February.  Tickets must be paid for at the time they are picked up.   

 

A letter of support for donations for the fundraiser Silent Auction is available on-line or at the school office. If you have a donation for the silent auction, please send an email to the Sisler safe grad email address and arrangements will be made for pick up or drop off.  

 

Fundraiser Information:

 

Boston Pizza Fundraiser:  Wednesday, February 28th 6:00 – 9:00 pm. 

 

For family or friends who wish to support the grad event but can't attend there are Support Tickets - $10.00 each.  This will include draw ticket stubs attached to the ticket which can be filled out by the purchaser for entry into the door prize draw.   Profit is $10.00 per ticket.

 

The $20.00 ticket - This will include draw ticket stubs attached to the ticket which can be completed and entered for the door prize and the purchaser will also receive a personal size pizza. Profit is $10.00 per ticket.

 

It is a fun evening event (3 hours) starting at 5:30 pm. There will be a silent auction as well as 50/50 at the event.

 

A grad meeting will be held in March for Parent/Student updates.


  MANDATORY PARENT GRAD MEETING - MONDAY, DECEMBER 11TH @ 7:00 P.M.  

For those of you that ordered perogies, they will be available for pick up prior to the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Cash lottery tickets will be available for pick up at this meeting. All students are asked to sell 3 books ($20/book) with the funds going toward decreasing the cost of the dinner and dance tickets. Students interested in a discounted ticket must sell 3 or more books in order to qualify.

The date and time of the cash lottery ticket and payment return will be some time in January of 2024. The date and time will be posted on the this page once determined.

Hello Grads and Families,

 

The time has come to order your grad clothing.  An online store has been set up for you to place your orders:

You can start ordering right away and the closing date is Sunday November 12th. Samples to see and try on will be available at the end of next week.  Additional information will be sent out when they are ready. 

 

Orders are set to arrive at the school January 15th, 2024.  You will receive an email when orders are ready along with information about where to pick it up at the school.
