High School Diploma

Are you looking to earn you High School Diploma? Depending on your age and circumstances you can graduate with the 8 credit Mature Student High School Diploma or the 30 credit High School Diploma. Both diplomas are approved by Manitoba Education and accepted by post-secondary institutions and employers.
Mature Student High School Diploma Requirements (8 credits)
Students must be a minimum of 19 years old at the time of graduation. You can start the diploma at your own level, no matter your previous educational history. The graduation course requirements are as follows:
- Compulsory Credits (2) - Grade 12 English Language Arts and Grade 12 Mathematics (1 of each at any level)
- Additional Grade 12 Credits (2) - any 2 additional credits at the Grade 12 level
- Optional Credits (4) - Any additional credits from Grade 9-12
Selection of courses and eligibility for graduation will be discussed with a guidance counsellor at the time of registration.
Grade 9-12 High School Diploma Requirements (30 credits)
This is for students who are missing credits to complete their 30 credit High School Diploma. Students upon registration will consult with a guidance counsellor to recognize prior credits and plan for graduation.
