The Winnipeg Schools' Science Fair provides students with opportunities to explore a topic of personal interest and make meaningful connections to the curriculum while engaged in authentic scientific processes/thinking. These opportunities continue to build positive attitudes towards science and prepare students for futures in STEM.

The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday April 13 at 9:30 a.m. in the Frederic Gaspar Theatre at the University of Manitoba on 727 McDermot Avenue. Near the end of the ceremonies, the names will be announced of the four students who will be representing Winnipeg School Division at the Canada Wide Science Fair, taking place in Fredericton, New Brunswick from May 11 to 17.

The Winnipeg Schools' Science Fair would not be possible without the support of the wonderful staff at the University of Manitoba, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences who are an integral part of the planning and organizational process.
