In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Winnipeg School Division will continue to accept virtual student applications for the 2022/2023 school year. This pertains to resident (catchment) students new to WSD, students transferring to/from another school within the division and returning students. An application is required for all students planning to attend.

NB: For students outside of catchment, see the “Non-Resident Students” information further down this page.

Please fill out all of the following documents to apply:

Alternatively, as a returning student you can fill in the online registration. The Winnipeg School Division Online Registration and Course Requests is a secure interface providing students and their family the opportunity to apply for the upcoming school year, selecting courses in their chosen academic program. Please be sure to follow these instructions when registering online.

To submit your registration:

→ print and sign the filled-in documents above
→ scan or take a clear digital photo of them
→ include them all within one email to churchill@wsd1.org
→ ensure the subject line reads, “[student’s last name] Registration.”

All applications for catchment students will be conditionally accepted pending the school’s receipt of all documents verifying the information provided.

If you are unable to print or scan/take a photo the forms, please contact the school via email at churchill@wsd1.org, or by phone at 204-474-1301. Schools are checking emails and voice messages on a daily basis.
