Exam Information

Week Prior to Exams (June 7th-13th):  

English Process Exams will take place Monday June 5 through Thursday June 8 (to avoid weekend disruption). 

Teachers who are not administering a formal exam in their course during exam week will conduct other forms of summative assessments during this week. This can include unit projects, performance-based assessments and other in-class assessments. Teachers who will be conducting formal exams during exam week will utilize this time to prepare students for writing exams. 

Formal Exam Week: Wednesday June 14-Friday June 23 

Final exams for the following courses will be written in the gymnasium (gr 11-12) or in the classrooms (gr 9-10).  Please note that Gr. 9 and 10 students will write their exams in the classroom where that course took place. If a teacher has two classes of the same grade, they will use classrooms next door to each other and rotate between the 2, with another adult there to support.
