Room 138

Hello everyone! Welcome to our school site.

My name is Amandeep Jaura and I am teaching grade 5/6 in room 138! I love to read, dance, paint, color and go for walks with my children. I have 2 daughters and 1 son who keep me very busy. My favorite color is turquoise! I love camping. I graduated with my education degree from the University of Winnipeg.

Our classroom has space to provide each student the proper personal space and to social distance along with a positive learning environment.

Each student has their own personal learning space, in which they can carry on with learning in safe and positive manner. As we recognize different teaching styles, we also recognize and respect student’s learning styles. Units of study are curriculum based which are incorporated with every subject area. For example, Social Studies or Science topics incorporate many Language Arts activities.
