Superintendent’s Team – Education and Curriculum
The Superintendents’ Team, Education and Curriculum report to the Superintendent /CEO and support all aspects of Winnipeg School Division (WSD) including education and curriculum, planning.

Senior Administrative Team, Operations
The Senior Administrative Team, Operations reports to the Superintendent /CEO and support all aspects of Winnipeg School Division (WSD) planning, system services, human resources, buildings, transportation, community and board services, and communications. 

Media Contact Information
All requests for interviews and background information related to Winnipeg School Division and its 79 schools are handled through media contact.

Listings of WSD’s Bid Opportunities for Supplies, Equipment, Services and Construction, with links to the associated Bid Documents.

Building Department
Provides a safe, secure and comfortable facilities for students and staff in a cost effective manner that respects the principles of sustainability.

Board and Community Liaison Services
The Board and Community Liaison Services office is responsible for all aspects of supporting the WSD Board of Trustees including agenda development, minutes, correspondence and meetings. This office also supports outreach and collaboration with parents, community and community organizations, assist in resolving matters of concern to parents, work with school staff and examines the development of schools as centres of the community.

Provides transportation services where necessary and subject to division regulations.

Education for Sustainable Development
Winnipeg School Division believes in developing responsible decision-makers and global citizens, who contribute to the social, cultural, environmental, and economic well-being to ensure a sustainable future for all.

Human Resource Services
Responsible for providing services to both teaching and non-teaching staff of the division. Included in these services are labour relations, collective bargaining and contract administration; recruitment and employment; job analysis; employee records; employment equity; policy development; wellness and workplace safety & health.

Library Support Services
Supports student learning through offering a rich diversity of materials for students and teachers.

Permits Department - Community Use of Schools
Winnipeg School Division buildings may be booked for community use after 6:00 p.m. weekdays. The Permits Section is responsible for permits issued for this use.

Professional Support Services
Provides specialist teachers to support the instructional staff both in programs and professional development.

Public Relations Services
Coordinates information related to activities of the Board, the division and its schools. Public Relations Services prepares documents for internal and external audiences. These documents include Spotlight stories on the website, the Board Summary, the Administrative Bulletin, fact sheets and news releases.

Research Planning and Technology Services
Provides support and services to all students and staff in the division related to the development of new and the monitoring of existing policies, research, planning, evaluations, library media, administrative procedures and the application of technology in the Division to support the administrative function.

Secretary-Treasurer
Provides leadership in managing the financial operations of the Winnipeg School Division by developing and supporting financial policies and key financial and administrative functions.

Volunteer Services
Enables interested parents and members of the community to assist administrators, teachers and other school personnel in helping young people more fully develop their skills, their potential as individuals, and their mastery of subject matter.
