Junior High Autism Program

July 21, 2022

Isaac Brock School is home to a Junior High Autism Program (Grades 7-9). Eligibility for this program is determined by Inclusion Support Services using the guidelines outlined on the Winnipeg School Division Website.

The goal of the Autism Program at Isaac Brock School is to create an appropriate and meaningful educational experience that focuses on each student’s individual needs and abilities.  The program provides students with individualized programming such as Adapted Aquatics, Music Therapy, Fine and Gross Motor programming, Social Skills Groups and community safety and awareness. Open collaboration between parents and the educational team are key to establishing and inclusive and meaningful school experience for everyone.  By working together, we are able to ensure that each and every student strives towards reaching their full potential.
