The Future of the WSD Strategic Plan

The WSD and Board of Trustees are currently in the process of constructing the WSD Strategic Plan.

As part of this process WSD will be holding focus groups and gathering surveys from community members, to help identify the goals and priorities of student learning.

• Meet with Advisory Committee Facilitators
• Send communications to Community Organizations
• Send communications to School Administrators re: student and staff data gathering process

May

• Meet with Community Organization Facilitators 
• Conduct Community Organization Focus Group sessions
• School Administrators implement student and staff data gathering processes
• Seeking guidance and feedback from families

June to July

• Data analysis

August

• Present data analysis to Community Organizations for validation and feedback
