This user-friendly site allows you to easily view a wide variety of information. Choose a specific grade level (ex: Grade 4) and a short summary of the educational focus for Grade 4 pops up. Then select one of the compulsory subjects (ex: language arts, mathematics, science or social studies) and you’ll be greeted by a brief outline of that subject area, along with the option to get additional details on:

If you’re a parent or guardian, you’ve probably been there. Fortunately, a new website, designed specifically for parents of school-age children, allows you to get the answers you’re looking for.
Visit this website: Manitoba.ca/mychildinschool. The site was created by the Manitoba government to provide an overview of what your child is learning in school. The site offers key information on compulsory courses for all grade levels (Kindergarten to Grade 12) and all programs (Engish, French Immersion, French, including Senior Years Technology Education). The information is based on Manitoba Education’s curriculum.
