Mulvey School's Treemendous Tree Take Over!

We had such an exciting ending to May this year! Together, we planted 25 trees and bushes, including maple, linden, oak, apple, pear trees, and Saskatoon berry shrubs. 🍁🌳🍎🍐 Each classroom had the opportunity to help plant and name their own tree, creating lasting memories and a meaningful connection to our outdoor learning environment. These trees will grow alongside our students for many years to come. 💚This initiative was about much more than planting trees, it was about stewardship, environmental responsibility, community pride, and creating a greener future for generations of Mulvey students.

A heartfelt thank you to Manitoba Hydro and the Wolseley Residents Association for their generous support in helping make this project possible. We would also like to thank the Winnipeg School Division and the incredible Mulvey School staff team for their enthusiasm, hard work, and commitment to making our school and community a better place.
