Intramurals Program Overview
Our intramurals program offers fun, school‑sponsored, non‑competitive physical and recreational activities for all students. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where every child can be active, learn new skills, and enjoy being part of a team.
Program Objectives
Give students opportunities to participate in a variety of activities that support fitness, skill development, and healthy habits.
Encourage students to explore, practice, and grow their movement skills in a positive environment.
Provide inclusive sport and recreational activities that all students can enjoy, regardless of experience or ability.
Promote leadership, teamwork, cooperation, and responsibility through shared play and group activities.
Types of Intramural Activities
Intramurals are organized into four main categories:
Sport Activities Examples include soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, hockey, and more. These activities focus on teamwork, basic skills, and having fun.
Low‑Organized / Cooperative Games These are simple, high‑energy games such as dodgeball, tag, relay races, and other group activities that encourage participation and cooperation.
Special Events Seasonal or themed events like Winter Fun Day, Summer Activity Day, or other school‑wide celebrations that bring the whole community together.
Clubs Activity‑based clubs such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, badminton, hockey, jump rope, and others that allow students to explore interests more deeply.
